We are a space for all to feel welcomed, safe and respected. We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, sex, unwanted touch, violence, aggressive behavior, soliciting of prostitution, theft, drug use or discrimination. We prohibit the use of social media, photographs, press or filming. We prohibit the exchange of contact information with models. Kissing of models lips or breasts and touching her sacred place is never allowed. Model may remove her bra anytime after three songs at her own discretion. Each model reserves the right to communicate her own boundaries regarding her time and personal space. All entering our space agree to follow House Rules or will be immediately removed from venue and risk being permanently banned from Rosewood Theater.

Energy exchange is the energy flowing between one person to another. When the energy exchange between two people is coherent in nature the energy field is amplified further improving the connection and relationship between two people. In this spirit, guests and models agree to exchange energy in the form of $20 for every three minutes of dancing and $10 for every three minutes of conversation. The commencement of compensated time is agreed upon between guest and model prior to engagement of paid time. Guest compensates model every 15-minutes thus completing this beautiful exchange of energy.

Yes. Our models typically wear cocktail dresses with lingerie underneath and may choose to go topless during private dances. Stage and floor performances are also known to get steamy. Men, keep your clothes on - we are not that type of establishment. .

Privacy and discretion is paramount. Absolutely no picture taking, social media or press is permitted at any of our experiences. Any photos or videos will be confiscated.

Membership to Rosewood Theater is offered through our parent company, Die Happy Tonight. Each year we make available 500 Memberships which grant select individuals unparalleled access to Rosewood Theater, curated experiences, and member-only services provided by Die Happy Tonight.

Membership is not required to attend Rosewood Theater. We are currently accepting members for New York City. Once you become a member, you will be added to our Member email list for 12-months from date of purchase. Our Members email provides details of a variety of events and services not available to guests. All members go through a probation period and meet with management to ensure the utmost quality experience at our events.

Resident Membership is $1,900 annually, Executive Membership $5,000 and Ally Membership $15,000.
